About

Hi everyone and welcome to the Believe You Can 8 Week Challenge.

Firstly, let me introduce myself, my name is Amber Heron and not only am I an ex fitness owner and instructor, I am also a proud wife and a mum of one.

Having struggled with my weight since my late teens, I tried pretty much every diet known to mankind, with great success, however it wasn’t about losing the weight, it was about keeping it off, now that was the hard part!  I was the ultimate expert at “yo-yo” dieting.

After travelling the world in 2004, seeing the extremes of obesity and poverty, I decided, along with my business partner to open our first fitness centre in Christchurch in 2006.  I had finally discovered my true passion, and that was to help both men and women improve their quality of life.

In late 2006, I opened my second fitness studio and really started to have a big impact on the lives of hundreds of clients, including a number of professional athletes and people with disabilities. Not to mention people who were struggling with finding the time to fit in exercise or improve their diet.  So I came up with what was known as the Believe You Can 6 Week Challenge.  It was a great success, why, because I had put together a package that was simple to follow, gave fast results and a time frame that people could stick to.

So I am honoured and super excited to have launched our new cutting edge weight management system, Zen Project 8 into NZ and Australia.

I am here to provide you with further information on how, you too can become involved in this system and start your journey to looking and feeling good about yourself, by simply following the steps and systems we provide.

I honestly believe this system will change your life, as it has already changed the lives of thousands of others.

Please feel free to message with any questions you may have or share this page with any friends or family that may also want to be a part of the journey!!!
